Just to sum all this up, you get your sleep, you eat correctly, you exercise and you clean up your environment. Dude, I'm telling you right now, life will be something that you never even dreamed it could be. Welcome to my daily mindset, where you get an inspirational, educational and motivational message each day to help you live your best life. It is Friday. And I'm wrapping up this week, which was how to live an amazing life. Right. And I gave you the Foundation, which was Sleep on Monday. On Tuesday, I started the three pillars. The first one was food. Wednesday was exercise. And then yesterday was environment. So if you get good sleep, the seven to 9 hours you're recharged, you're ready to go. That's what you need in order to be the most efficient, most productive view and happiest because it affects your mod as well. It affects everything in your life. Sleep is number one. Don't forget that. Then food. I put the right things into your body. Food is fuel. Don't think of it as pleasure, which is the way we're sort of brought up and taught. Soit is fuel, right? Food is fuel. So use it that way. And trust me, as soon as your body gets used to not all the process crap and the sugar and all the poison, the stuff that you have been putting into your body, you will start to feel not just physically, but mentally euphoric. And then the next one, exercise. Obviously, this is a Keystone habit. You start exercising, it spills over in the rest of our life. You're going to start eating better. You're goin to feel better. Like everything just gets better. So those two, when you add those two together, food and exercise, game over right now. The third one is the tough one. The 1 I talked about yesterday, which was environment. When you can clean your environment up, an environment is this. It is physically what's around you. Like what your house looks like, your room, your car, office, et cetera. Right. An organized physical space is an organized mind. A messy physical space is a messy mind. And then there's also people, right? This is environment too. Who do you hang out with? Who are you around? Are they negative? Are they positive? And then also the last one in the environment space is what are you listening to? What are you watching? What are you putting into your mind? That is huge. So environment. Like I said, it is the tricky one. It is the one that sort of gets most of us. But just to sum all this up, you get your sleep, you eat correctly, you exercise and you clean up your environment. Dude, I'm telling you right now, life will be something that you never even dreamed it could be. This doesn't happen overnight. Nothing happens overnight like this. And as I've told you time and time again, how do you do this? Right. Because people always tell you do this, do that, but they don't tell you how to do it. It's a simple formula. You write down the next day the night before, the night before. You sit down with a pad of paper or whatever and you write down your next day. You script it out. You don't think it all crazy, but literally script out. What are you going to eat? What are you doing? Your best self is writing that the night before. And then when you wake up, all you have to do is read what your best self wrote and do it. If you think that's too hard, then go have fun. Have fun being challenged day after day, month after month, year after year. In this life, that simple formula of writing down your day the night before. I don't guarantee anything, but I promise you your life will change if you start to do this. And if you can concentrate on those areas, sleep. If you have trouble sleeping. I gave you some tips on Monday. Do you own research and do some biohacking. What works for you, right? Sleep is number one. Get that under control, then tackle food. Food is a number one addiction in the world. We're all sort of addicted to food. We're brought up on it. They put addictive substances in it on purpose. They're there to make money. They're not there to help you live a longer life. He won. Then finally exercise. You start exercising. You know how it is. You're creating chemical in your body similar to morphine. So if you want to get high every day, exercise every day. How about that? And you don't get the side effects of morphine. Obviously, you get good side effects and an environment, which again, this thing is huge. You clean up your environment, you clean up the people you're around. You clean up your space, and then you stop putting trash, TV or negative stuff. The news, which is, in my opinion, the worst thing you can put into your brain. And it's amazing. It will be amazing if you this. So again, start right now. Start this weekend, plan out your next week and start writing down starting on Sunday night. What is your Monday look like? What are you going to do? This is how you accomplish goals, people. You write it down till you write it down. It's a wish. So write it down and then keep writing a consistency is the key to sex.
