Routines create consistency, which breeds habits. So you create these routines, you become consistent at whatever you are doing, and then they develop. In habits. One of the latest studies in habits, it takes an average person for the average habit. It takes 66 days. Welcome to my Daily Mindset, where you get an inspirational, educational and motivational message each day to help you live your best life. Routines create consistency, which breeds habits. I love the same because you talk about consistency and it's the key to success. Right. I tell you if you ask any successful person in any realm what made them successful. If consistency isn't one of the answers, they got lucky. So most successful people will attribute being consistent and whatever it is that they are successful, and whether it's an athlete, whether it's finance, it doesn't matter. If you are consistent in something, you will be successful. So how do you get consistent? First of all, you have to develop a routine. You have to have some sort of routine that's going to allow you to become consistent. Right. What do I tell you all the time? Write down your day the night before, wake up and do what you wrote down. It's Super simple, but that is a routine that I promise you. If you follow, life gets amazing. Routines create consistency, which breeds habits. So you create these routines, you become consistent at whatever you are doing, and then they develop. In habits. One of the latest studies in habits, it takes an average person for the average habit. It takes 66 days. It's almost two months. How many people do you know, including yourself, probably especially yourself, that's going to be able to do something for 66 days in a row without creating some sort of routine and allow you to get consistent at it? Pretty much no one. And there's so many different things that you can go into habits. One thing I do all the time is I set reminders. I set alarms, because if I'm not going to just remember to do something that I told myself I want to do, that's not how the brain works. Whatever is that you want to create, you want to be. You can't conquer everything all at once in life. Right? You have to sort of chunk it down. And what do you want to work on? You want to work on? And food, fitness, finance, relationships, break it down into something that you're trying to do. Create a routine, whatever it is. And I start out simple and the routine may change. Right. You started out like, I'm going to do this. And then you're like, Oh, that didn't work. Let me try this. And then it's just you working on it, right? Maybe it took a week, maybe two weeks, maybe two months. Who knows, to get the routine down that you need to get down, then that routine will create consistency in your life, and that that consistency will breed the habit that's needed to conquer or B or accomplish whatever it is that you set out to do. So that's my message to you today. Because what does it start with? You're not going to be consistent unless you create that routine, and you're not going to create that habit without the consistency. So it all starts with routine. So whatever it is that you're trying to do in your life today, this week in general, create a routine for it, and then everything else will sort were to follow. Obviously, you have to do the routine. You have to be consistent about it. But like I said, the easiest way for you to do any of it is to write it down the night before, wake up and just do it. Don't think about it. Don't try and make the decision. Be like Nike and just do it. All right, guys, I'll talk to you tomorrow. Have an amazing one to remember. This is your life. Live your way. I appreciate you listening today. And hopefully you found something useful in today's method. And if you did, and if you did find value, please comment. Also share it with somebody else that may benefit from this.
