So whatever it is that you're trying to do or you want to accomplish, don't look at it again in its totality. Look at the very first thing that you have to do. And once you get the first little thing, it's so much easier to get to the second and the accent before you know it, you're done, you're like, Wow, that wasn't that hard. Welcome to my daily Mindset, where you get an inspirational, educational and motivational message each day to help you live your best life. I talked about momentum yesterday and how important it is, and it's one of my favorite things to have in life, because when you have momentum, things are just rolling. Things are good. And I mentioned a little bit about how to get momentum, and it's taking one thing at a time, not trying to do everything all at once. I just kind of want to expand on that. When you're trying to start something, you're trying to do something you're trying to accomplish or complete something, don't look at it in its totality in. Oh, I've got to do all of this and blah, blah, blah. But instead, look at the first small little thing that you have to do. I use going to the gym as an example a lot because it's so true. Going to the gym sometimes it's Super hard for people, right? It's not the actual going to the gym and working out. It's walking out your front door. It's getting off your couch. That's the hard part. Once you get the momentum going, which is getting off the couch or whatever you're doing, sitting down, walking out your front door, game over you're at the gym, you're going to go do your thing. It's the actual starting of something. Starting things can sometimes just be so hard for us because we just love to procrastinate it's so easy. There's a million different reasons not to do it versus the one that you want to go do whatever you're doing, whatever you want to do, whatever you want to accomplish, whether it's today, this week, whatever. Don't look at it in its entire enormity of what it seems to be. It might be small, actually, but it just seems big to you because you don't want to do it. Pick the first little thing that you need to do in order to get to the next thing to the next thing in order to accomplish it, and only focus on that. If it's going to the gym, only focus on walking out that door. That's it. If you have to write an email that is going to take it's a precious email that's going to take time and effort. Don't look at it like that. Open the email and start with the intro, the first line, everything else will start to take care of itself. So whatever it is that you're trying to do or you want to accomplish, don't look at it again in its totality look at the very first thing that you have to do. And once you get the first little thing, it's so much easier to get to the second and the next. And before you know it, you're done, you're like, Wow, that wasn't that hard. So start looking at things like that. Chunking it down into bite size pieces. It's so much easier. It's the whole elephant analogy. How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time or whatever they say. You don't eat the whole thing at once. So whatever it is that you're wanting to do, you're wanting to accomplish, just pick out the first little thing that needs to be done and do it. Alright, go have an amazing one.
