Repetition breed consistency, which creates habits. Welcome to my daily mindset, where you get an inspirational, educational and motivational message each day to help you live your best life. Sometimes I sound like a broken record, but it's for a purpose, because today I'm talking about consistency. Consistency is the key to success, and the reason I sound like a broken record is because repetition breed consistency, which creates habits and habits run our lives. So if you can create the habits that you want and not the ones that you've already created, that you no longer want, life gets a lot better. So how do you do that? You must be consistent. Consistency in all facets of life, whether it's eating, whether it's exercising, whether it's doing your mindfulness, practice anything that makes you happy, anything that you want to accomplish in life, you just need to be consistent. And I say just like, it's easy because it's not. It's definitely one of the hardest things to do. We go up and down, right? We're like a Yoyo a lot of times when we're trying to do things, we go full force for a little while, and then we quit, and then we go full force. And then we quit, right? It's a roller coaster, and at least you're trying, right? But instead of going full force, just take the baby steps to get and be consistent. So what I always tell you guys to do? I always say, write down your day the night before, and I'm telling you, if you do this consistently, everything else will take care of itself, everything because you're going to be consistent. So if every night you're writing down what you're doing the next day, what are you doing? You're waking up and you're reading what your best self wrote, and then you just follow it. Once you become consistent, it becomes the habit telling you life gets easier because you no longer have to use the will power every single day to make the choices. You've already done it for yourself the night before. It sounds simple, but I know it's difficult because five o'clock rolls around six o'clock, and you're like, I got to write down my next day and you look at it like that instead of, like, cool, I get to write my next day down. I get to plan what I get to do, not what I have to do. I've talked about that before, right? It's not what you have to do. It's what you get to do, change that mindset, change that perspective, and a lot of things change. So back to consistency. So whatever it is you're trying to do this week, whatever you started, this is Tuesday, so hopefully you had a good Monday because then it just creates for an easier week. But whatever it is, be consistent about it. Make sure you do it today. Write it down this evening so that you do it again tomorrow and so on. And if you need to set alarms. Please do that. I do that all the time. That's the only way I remember to do a lot of the things is my alarm goes off and, like, Oh, Yeah? And then soon that becomes what you do and who you are, which is the best thing. So, anyway, be consistent, guys, I'm telling you, in all facets of life, create some consistency, and you will thank yourself later. All right, go out. Have an amazing day. Be consistent. And remember, this is your life. Live your wife. I appreciate you listening today. And hopefully, you found something useful in today's message.
