If you can learn to pay attention, to be mindful and to question everything that comes and then do what you want to do, don't do what somebody tells you to do just because you feel guilty if you don't do it. Welcome to my Daily Mindset, where you get an inspirational, educational and motivational message each day to help you live your best life. Today is Monday, and it's a start of a new week, and I just want you to remind you to live this week your way. You know my motto, live life your way, not theirs. So many people try and tell you what to do, how to live, how to think, what decisions to make. And not just individuals and people and family and friends, but TV and radio and social media. I mean, everybody has an angle. And if you're not mindful of this, and if you're not aware of this, it's easy to just sort of flow down a path that you've been led to by someone or something or some group. And if you don't question it, they don't question everything. As I say, question everything. If you don't question everything, it's so easy to just get led down this road. And a lot of times you'll wake up halfway down the road and go, I didn't want to take this path. So this week, make sure you are mindful. Pay attention to your thoughts, your actions, and especially to the messages that are coming at you, not just from people, but from social media and TV and radio and all those other things, all those other mediums. I just want to remind you if you can learn to pay attention, to be mindful and to question everything that comes and then do what you want to do, don't do what somebody tells you to do just because you feel guilty. If you don't do it or you feel you're obligated to do it, whatever, that's not the case. And trust me, if you don't do something and then somebody wants you to do it. At first, they may be a little hurt, like maybe man, but you know what? They will admire you in the long run for choosing your own path and doing your own thing.
